ORDERING: Any of the sweaters we carry may be special ordered to select color or sizes that are not in stock. If our suppliers have the item requested, we can usually get them within 10 days. If our suppliers are out of stock, the order is sent to the manufacturing plants in Peru and can take up to 12 weeks for delivery. Orders laced after September may take even longer due to the holiday "rush".

We usually do not require a down payment for special orders. However, if we note that an item is no longer being carried by us then special orders for that item require 100%, NON-REFUNDABLE payment before ordering.


PAYMENT: We are not currently setup for direct, online ordering. To place an order, call us at 724.852.4084 and place your order. (You can also e-mail us but please do not include credit card information. We will call you for that.) We accept MC and Visa or check. Orders with credit cards are shipped within 24-hours via United States Postal Service. When ordering with a check, we must receive the check first and then we will ship. Because of this inconvenience, we offer free shipping.
